〉Within the framework of the PREMOCLASSE research project, I am contributing with Alain Nadaï to the realization of a sociological survey of landlords renovating dwellings labelled as energy inefficient. The objective is to look at the trajectories of renovation operations in the private rental housing stock in order to identify the different factors at play, whether they are “social” (motivations and obstacles of the owner to engage in this process, profile of owners and tenants), technical (characteristics of the building, recommended work packages, etc.) and economic (housing market, public aid package, etc.).
